Live Girls! is holding auditions for Quickies Volume XIII our annual Short Play Show!

Quickies performs June 1^st -23rd | Fri/Sat @ 8pm, a Monday show TBD, At Theatre Off Jackson in the International District

Seeking flexible and interesting actors, most will be cast in 2-3 pieces.  All ages, ethnicities and physical types encouraged to audition!

Quickies is the Live Girls! annual short play festival. It is our trademark event and longest running program. Thanks to a partnership with Theatre Off Jackson, Live Girls! is able to bring Quickies XIII to a fantastic venue Seattle’s historic International District. This year’s Quickies will feature 7 works by women and as always, Quickies XIII will include up and coming local directors and actors as well as tons of gratuitous entertainment in between the plays.

Todd Schuster, Hero by Keri Healey, directed by Shawn Belyea

The Sequel by Kathryn Funkhouse, directed by L. Nicol Cabe

Frosty by Krista Knight, directed by Kaytlin McIntyre

Bang-Bang Choo-Choo Train by Elizabeth Heffron, directed by K. Brian Neel

Changes by Erin Stewart, directed by Meghan Arnette

29 Births by Adele Somma, directed by Agastya Kohli

Auditions will be held-

Sunday April 15 5:00-10:00 (1/2 hour slots)

and Tuesday April 17 6:30-10:00 (1/2 hour slots)

AT THEATRE OFF JACKSON 409 7th Ave South, Seattle, WA 98104

Callbacks APRIL 21st 10:00-2:30

Actors will be scheduled in groups, in 30min time slots.   Auditions will consist of reading from the scripts, no monologues required. You will be auditioning for all directors at the same time and will be given a link to view the scripts and a cast breakdown when your audition is scheduled or upon request.

More schedule dates-

All cast read through meeting will happen between April 28^th and May 6^th.  Rehearsals dates TBD beginning the end of April or Early May depending on the show you are in, but Tech calls will include MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND beginning May 27^th or 28^th depending on what show you are cast in.
