More about the CUPCAKE READING SERIES
For 2018 are partnering with Umbrella Project to present readings of four plays to showcase a wide variety of genres, stories and writers. Readings will take place October 21st – 24th, 2018 at 18th + Union performance space in the Central District of Seattle, WA. Live Girls! will pair writers with a director for a music stand style public reading and provide a small honorarium for all involved artists. Plays typically receive 1-2 rehearsals before the public event, this program does not provide rehearsals for extensive workshopping but writers are welcome to continue editing scripts throughout the process if they would desire!
